ABOUT THE AUTHOR

Brian Bolstad is a 52-year-old dentist with an active practice in Sacramento, California. At the age of 48 he resumed training in the Martial Arts after a 30 year hiatus. The motivation for this effort was chronic and debilitating back pain, persistent generalized joint pain and just being tired of feeling tired. With a busy family and many hobbies, the training techniques developed here had to fit into an already busy schedule and enhance the productivity of the rest of his life.
