BOOK DESCRIPTION

You already know there's a financial crisis -- but if you run a small business, what you really want to know is how to handle it!

As a certified public accountant for over twenty-five years, Mayoka brings his experience working with individuals and multi-billion-dollar companies alike to Financial Crisis Planning for Small Business: Winning Today's Battle For Business Survival. ''My approach to crisis analysis and optimizing solutions has for years been my passion, my calling, if you will,'' he writes.

Fortunately, you don't have to fight the battle alone. Financial Crisis Planning For Small Business will show you what WAR is good for: detecting Weaknesses, making Assessments, and deciding which Risks are worth taking. Along with the Six Core Strategies, you'll learn how to reduce operating costs, enhance profitability, keep vendors and customers happy, maintain a positive cash flow, and much more from a seasoned veteran on the frontlines of economic combat.

Win the battle and the WAR, and keep your business from becoming another casualty in America's financial crisis -- there is no time left for denial or delay.
